People can "get close" to the sculpture and experience the movement, sounds and shadows that are the "life" of GChris sculpture.  Some will move as you blow or gently touch them.  Some not only move themselves but cast moving shadows on the gallery walls.  Some make sounds as the copper pieces interact with each other.

People can reach me at the Georgetown Studio/Gallery or University Park Studio to discuss, purchase or commission sculpture.  I also talk people through the creative process from a sculpture's conceptualization through to its careful execution and display.

New Show - "peace on, with and beyond earth"

The new show titled “peace on, with and beyond earth” runs through November. The show is at the GChris Sculpture Studio & Gallery at 3144 Dumbarton St. in the heart of Georgetown (DC). Free. All ages welcome.  Phone: 301 318 3760 or 202 342 0122.

“peace on, with and beyond earth” is an art show that challenge us to achieve a positive “peace on, with and beyond earth” that encompasses our relationship with the rest of earth’s people, earth itself and the rest of earth’s creatures, and the worlds we are only beginning to touch.  He and his sculptures challenge all of us to do whatever we can to help on a personal, local, national or global scale.

Previous Show - "vulnerable in america"

NBC4.com published a very positive review, "Vulnerable in America not only speaks a message of hope to you and to me, but its enjoyable beauty appeals to even the youngest of Americans."
